EVENT TITLE
Initiative
MARVEL DESCRIPTION
After the partial destruction of Stamford, CT, the United States federal government enacted the Superhero Registration Act, a law designed to monitor, regulate, train and coordinate America's superheroes. The Initiative was an outgrowth of the SHRA, created by Tony Stark, the purpose of which was to place standby superhero teams in all 50 states.
DALL-E REVISED DESCRIPTION
In the style of intense chiaroscuro, dramatic lighting and realistic emotional tension popularized by Caravaggio, depict a scene following the aftermath of a fictional event where a part of a city is destroyed. Set in the period clothing and scenery of the Baroque era, illustrate the institution of a law by the government intended to manage and train the superpowered individuals of the country. Show different groups discussing, some agreeing, and some disagreeing with the law. Ensure that there is gender, racial, and physical diversity among the individuals. The rich and powerful are devising a plan to station superpowered teams across the country. Do not include any text or copyrighted characters in the image.
